Would any of these apps work if drivers didn't use Google Maps/Waze?
Complete guess but I assume 95+% of drivers use them for navigation.

Emails will then go to you & you can burn as much as you please on the project.

Ubers been burning 1 million PER HOUR for 13+ years, I don't expect to compete with that.
Neither has made a profit & Lyft seems to be going out of business soon.

Drivers won't be hard to recruit, you're offering a legal wage that's 3-5 times higher than Uber/Lyft.

(.60 per mile vs. $2.00 per mile / .30 per min vs. .09 per min / $10 per ride vs. $4)

They can still use Uber/Lyft true Independent Contractor treatment.

Worse case scenario you find someone in lowest minimum wage state to route & verify emails. That means you're doing thousands of rides per day which is a good problem.

After 10,000 API calls there's a .01 per call fee. In 3+ years I've never been billed. Those are the costs.

Everything else is mostly automated.

You're not changing the world or disrupting anything just collecting a $2 fee on each ride/delivery for connecting 2 parties.
It's not billions but it could be a million dollar per year business.
